What personal data we collect and for what purpose do we collect it?


If you provide any personal information using one of the contact methods (e-mail, contact form, messaging service, customer service ticketing), we will use your information to process your request. This information is necessary for the identification, performance or conclusion of the contract between us and is in the legitimate interests of both parties.


If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and name will be stored based on your consent to inform you of our latest updates.


If you post a comment on the Website, you can remain logged in by storing your name, email address and web address in a cookie. Storage is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in these data fields the next time you post. These cookies have an expiration date of 1 year.

I understand that the following personal data stored by the Data Controller in the user database of the Website will be transferred to OTP Mobil Kft. as a data processor. The data transmitted by the controller is as follows: name, email address, billing address and shipping address, telephone number. The Data Controller forwards the customer’s name, email address, telephone number and delivery address to the shipping partner for the delivery of the products ordered on the Website. Invoicing, accounting

In compliance with the law, we may transfer the information related to the orders to third parties to ensure invoicing and accounting. These organisations also process the data provided in compliance with the current legal framework conditions.

How long do we keep your personal data?

If you post, the comment and its metadata remain in the system for an unspecified period of time. This is to make all subsequent posts known and approved by us, i.e. not to be added to the list of content awaiting moderation.

The personal data of users registered on the Website will also be stored in their own user profiles. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their user name). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

What rights does the user have in relation to their own data

If you have registered an account or commented on this website, you may ask us to send your personal data in an export file containing any information that has previously been provided by you.
